Our refund policy lasts 24 hours from the point of purchase. If you place an order and find you no longer require our services, you must notify us within 24 hours of your original purchase and we can process your refund. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund however we can exchange your order for a different service of equal value.
To be eligible for this type of refund, you need to notify us within 24 hours of your initial purchase.
Downloadable software and content products such as the Break into Tech Webinar are non-refundable once you are in receipt of the product.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where full or partial refunds are granted beyond the initial 3-day window after your initial purchase: (if applicable)
- You have waited over 15 working days for your order after you have sent over the request information needed to complete your order. (This is not 15 working days after you have placed your order unless you submitted the requested information on the same day you placed your order.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
