This programme is designed to help you unlock the financial potential of your unique skill set — whether you’re an early-stage entrepreneur, pivoting from employment, or trying to build a more sustainable revenue model for your existing practice.
This isn’t just mindset work or vague encouragement. It’s a focused, hands-on coaching journey that combines structured reflection, offer development, and realistic planning.
What we cover:
Session 1: Vision and Goal Setting
We begin by clarifying your deeper motivations for financial independence and reviewing your current career or business context. We’ll explore the options you’re considering, identify blockers, and set a direction for the programme that reflects both your ambitions and current capacity.
Session 2: Skills Audit and Positioning
We’ll map out your skills, experiences, and strengths — both professional and personal — and assess what’s most viable to monetise. You’ll walk away with clarity on your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and how to position yourself in a competitive landscape.
Session 3: Offer & Revenue Model Design
This session focuses on shaping your offer — whether it’s a service, programme, or hybrid career path. We’ll explore different ways to package and price your expertise, discuss sustainable revenue streams, and start sketching what consistent income could look like for you.
Session 4: Implementation, Capacity & Forecasting
We’ll zoom out to help you pace yourself sustainably. This includes basic forecasting, building in rest, and identifying what support structures or tools you need to implement your next steps confidently. Think of it as strategic project planning — led by your capacity, not burnout.

Four 60–75 min 1:1 coaching sessions via Google Meet
Strategic templates and exercises (skills mapping, offer design, forecasting prompts)
Light between-session support via email
Optional follow-up coaching or CV/LinkedIn support available separately
